TC Energy Deploys Harvey Across Its Legal Team

TC Energy, one of North America’s largest energy infrastructure companies, has deployed Harvey across its legal team, supporting complex legal work across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

During the pilot, TC Energy introduced a “Harvey-First” directive, encouraging lawyers to use Harvey as a first pass on their work. Engagement continued to grow throughout the pilot, laying the foundation for broader adoption across litigation, regulatory matters, corporate transactions and M&A, commercial contracting, and compliance.

With cross-border work central to the team’s responsibilities, Harvey helps TC Energy’s lawyers navigate legal complexity across three jurisdictions and focus more time on strategic advice to the business. The relationship also reflects Harvey’s growing presence in Canada, supported by its Toronto office and expanding local team.
