Q3 Highlights

Q3 has been an extraordinary quarter for Harvey. Over the past three months, we’ve celebrated major customer wins, introduced product breakthroughs, and expanded our global presence. Most importantly, we’ve continued to deepen our commitment to building the best AI solutions for our customers.

Welcoming New Customers

This quarter we’ve announced new customers and partnerships with leading organizations including Latham & Watkins, Blue Owl, Clayton Utz, Duane Morris, Willkie Farr & Gallagher Devon Energy, McGuireWoods and Cox Enterprises. We also launched the Harvey Law School Program in partnership with elite law schools, to empower and advance the next generation of legal professionals.

Today, 45 of the AmLaw 100 firms rely on Harvey to support their AI needs. Firms choose Harvey because it adapts to their unique ways of working, amplifies professional expertise, and consistently delivers measurable results.

Each new customer underscores the trust the market is placing in Harvey, and we’re proud to help power their next chapter of innovation. From reducing M&A review time by more than 80%, to giving attorneys back up to three hours a day for higher-value work, to achieving firmwide adoption rates above 90%, Harvey has proven itself as a truly transformative force for legal and professional services.

Strong Engagement Across the Platform

Usage continues to soar. Queries per user per month in Harvey are up 60% year-over-year, with customers putting the platform to work more than ever before. Our seat utilization reached 77%, highlighting not just adoption but active engagement across teams. Harvey is woven into the fabric of daily life of our customers.

Exceptional Customer Outcomes

Our focus on customer success continues to deliver results. Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) is at 98% and Net Dollar Retention (NDR) is at 167%, including expansions in Q3 at strategic customers, including Orrick, Dentsu, O'Melveny & Myers, The Adecco Group, and Macfarlanes. These metrics speak to the impact Harvey is having across firms and enterprises, as well as the strong return on investment our customers are experiencing.

Major Product Advancements

This quarter, we released Harvey for Word, a powerful upgrade that makes document editing faster and more accurate. The latest version generates 4.5x more suggestions, enabling comprehensive edits and cutting editing time dramatically.

Beyond this, our team has shipped 120+ new features across the platform — all designed in close collaboration with our customers to solve their most pressing challenges.

Global Expansion

With over 50% of our customers based internationally, Harvey continues to focus on growing our regional support. Harvey officially launched our office in Australia this quarter. With our first team members now on the ground, we’re building closer relationships with firms in the region and accelerating our international growth. Our global expansion continues with a new office opening in Toronto and growing presence across Latin America and Europe. To support our ambitious roadmap and growing customer base, we’re hiring across all areas and offices.

Looking Ahead to Q4

As we close out Q3, we couldn’t be prouder of what the Harvey team has accomplished. With new outstanding customers, stronger product capabilities, and a growing global footprint, we’re entering Q4 with incredible momentum.
