:Harvey:'s PitchBook Integration: Private Capital Markets Data, in :Harvey:

Pull company financials, deal history, and market data from PitchBook directly into Harvey to power faster, better-grounded deal and legal work.

by Harvey TeamJun 4, 2026

Private capital markets professionals run on PitchBook for deal intelligence, fund benchmarks, company profiles, and the market data that anchors every diligence summary, IC memo, and comparables analysis. Previously, that meant leaving Harvey to find this information.

Harvey’s integration with PitchBook brings trusted, timely, and comprehensive private markets data on companies, deals, funds, investors, and market benchmarks directly into Harvey. The research that used to live in a separate tab will be part of the same workflow where professionals draft, analyze, and review.

PitchBook is the grounding source for private capital markets intelligence, and this integration is designed to keep it at the center of deal work — not as a reference tool you consult, but as the authoritative data layer powering AI-generated outputs from the moment the analysis begins.

What You Can do With the Integration

Harvey users can ask questions, run analyses, and generate drafts that pull in PitchBook’s best-in-class data alongside their own documents. Rather than searching PitchBook separately and copying findings into a memo, users can work in Harvey and get outputs that are fully cited back to the relevant market data, with deep links to the underlying source pages for verification.

This integration enables the following use cases:

  • Business Development and Prospecting: Identify recently funded companies and uncover active PE firms seeking deal counsel to inform targeted outreach.
  • Transactional Context and Counsel: Research precedent deals and sector dynamics when advising on a structure or negotiation, so attorneys can find directly relevant examples and ground their advice in current market practice.
  • Investment Committee Preparation: Draft IC memos, one-pagers, and fund landscape scans that embed PitchBook-sourced data and charts alongside internal analysis, reducing prep time without compromising on quality output.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track which firms are advising on deals in a target sector, understand the landscape of advisors and investors a client works with.

Built for Compliance and Control

The integration is designed to respect the entitlements and access controls that both PitchBook and Harvey customers already have in place. PitchBook data retrieved through Harvey is always cited back as the source, and users can click through to the original pages for full details.

The PitchBook integration will be available to Harvey customers starting in June.
