:Harvey: Partners with PacerPro to Bring Real-Time Docket Intelligence to Litigators

by Harvey TeamAug 21, 2026

Harvey and PacerPro today announced a partnership that brings the federal and state court records captured and structured by PacerPro into Harvey's legal AI platform, giving litigators a more direct path from case activity to action.

PacerPro captures state and federal court filings and their underlying documents as they post, connects each filing to its case and docket history, and organizes that activity into a continuously updated record of the firm's litigation, matter by matter. This is the information litigation teams work from every day and it has typically lived outside the tools lawyers use to research, draft, and analyze.

The partnership between Harvey and PacerPro is designed to support the ways litigation teams already use docket data on a daily basis, including state and federal docket monitoring, litigation workflow automation, and real-time filing alerts, with PacerPro serving as the court data and workflow infrastructure enabling the integration. This reflects Harvey and PacerPro's shared goal of giving litigators a single, trusted place to track case activity and act on it. That record is both current and cumulative: the filings arriving in the firm's matters now, and the briefing, rulings, and outcomes from the matters that came before.

"We started PacerPro because the real value of the court record isn't a docket entry telling you that something happened. It's what was filed," said Gavin McGrane, CIO and Co-Founder at PacerPro. "That's where law meets fact — where lawyers make arguments and courts decide them. We've spent more than a decade capturing that work for firms and connecting it to the matters it belongs to. With Harvey, a filing that arrives today can be understood in the context of the case behind it and the firm's experience before it. We've been waiting for this."

“Our partnership with PacerPro brings their deep expertise in court data and litigation workflows into Harvey," said Megan McMillin, Legal Innovation Partner at Harvey. "I spent years watching litigators move filings between systems before they could start their real substantive work. Now current case data flows directly into lawyers' daily workflows in Harvey, so they can move immediately to analysis and drafting.”

PacerPro has spent over a decade building infrastructure for federal and state court data and currently captures activity across all federal district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts and more than 30 state courts. Its record includes more than 20 million court filings since 2015, with new activity generally reaching PacerPro within one to two minutes of publication.

This partnership connects that infrastructure to Harvey's growing ecosystem of data connectors, which deliver the documents, data, and institutional knowledge legal professionals rely on directly into their workflows. The court record is a natural extension of that effort, giving litigation teams court activity they can understand and act on the moment it's available.

Harvey and PacerPro will demonstrate the integration live at ILTACON 2026 in Nashville on Tuesday, August 25, at the Harvey booth.
