:Harvey: Expands EMEA Presence With New Dublin Office
Jan 6, 2026
Harvey Team
Harvey will open a new office in Dublin in late March, strengthening our EMEA footprint and accelerating how we support legal and professional services teams across the region. This expansion reflects our commitment to building a global, distributed team designed to serve the world’s leading organizations with precision and proximity.
We’re starting with new roles across finance and people, with 20 hires planned in the first year as we scale. Dublin offers a deep bench of industry-leading talent and close access to many of our fastest-growing markets — making it an ideal location as we expand across Europe.
This launch anchors a core part of our global strategy: proximity drives progress. When Harvey invests in regional teams, we deepen relationships, deliver higher-touch support, and strengthen long-term retention. Having professionals on the ground — people who understand the legal and cultural landscape and share context with our customers — directly sharpens how we build and how we serve.
“Dublin is an ideal location for this next chapter of growth,” said Winston Weinberg, Co-Founder and CEO of Harvey. “It brings us closer to our EMEA customers and gives us the infrastructure to scale, with the right people in the right places.”
We’re proud to already work with leading Irish firms like A&L Goodbody, and the Dublin office adds to our presence in London, Germany, and Spain, and marks another step in meeting rising demand for generative AI solutions across Europe.
We’re actively hiring in Dublin and excited to welcome our founding team in the coming weeks. Explore open roles on our careers page — and help define the next chapter of high-performance work in Europe.
