Foley & Lardner Rolls Out :Harvey: Firmwide
Foley & Lardner LLP, a preeminent law firm with more than 1,100 lawyers across 27 offices worldwide, is rolling out Harvey firmwide. Following a successful pilot and rigorous evaluation, Foley will deploy Harvey throughout the firm, empowering its lawyers to deliver higher-quality work more efficiently and enhance operations firmwide.
Foley’s growing base of Harvey power users continues to demonstrate meaningful impact across day-to-day legal workflows, helping lawyers work more efficiently and focus more deeply on strategic analysis and client service.
“There is tremendous energy and activity around AI at Foley that we want to harness and apply in ways that are thoughtful, responsible, and aligned with our obligations to our clients and to each other,” said partner Christopher Cain, chair of Foley’s AI Steering Committee. “AI is transforming how we practice law but our approach is AI-first, not AI-only. For us, the starting point is not the tool. It’s the legal workflow, the client need, and where quality, speed, consistency, or predictability can improve. Rolling out Harvey firmwide will help us achieve this. The goal is to help our lawyers work smarter and faster while always still using human judgment to lead.”
“We’re proud to support Foley in its firmwide deployment of Harvey,” said Winston Weinberg, CEO and co-founder of Harvey. “Foley has approached AI adoption with a clear focus on responsibility, innovation, and practical impact for its lawyers and clients. We’re excited to continue working with the firm as it scales AI across the organization.”
