Email Harvey is designed to help lawyers make sharper insights, speed up client communications, and move complex matters forward more easily.

Email Harvey will make it easy for teams to immediately receive help from Harvey, especially for work on the go. Teams will be able to send questions directly to ask@harvey.ai and receive a reply without leaving their inbox. They can also forward email chains directly, and Harvey will directly respond with requested summaries, edits, and follow-ups.
Users can email Harvey for various types of work, such as:
- Contracting: as teams receive updated redlines via email, they can send relevant threads to Harvey and ask for summaries on material changes relative to prior versions. These summaries can be shared directly with internal stakeholders for greater visibility.
- Drafting client memos: users can forward emails with context on new alerts and regulatory updates and ask Harvey to draft relevant, tailored alerts that users can then review and send to clients.
- Updating analysis and drafts: when users receive emails requesting adjustments and edits, they can forward those instructions and ask Harvey to generate first-pass drafts on the requests, ensuring they can spend more time preparing nuanced updates.
Every Harvey exchange will be accessible in the user’s inbox, attached to the context that matters. Additionally, users can send an email on their phone and then continue the conversation in Harvey’s web app, so they can easily start a task on the go and then resume when they are ready to dive deeper.
