CVS Health Deploys Harvey Across Its Corporate Affairs Functions
CVS Health is deploying Harvey across its Corporate Affairs functions to enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, and enable colleagues to focus more of their time on strategic, high-value work.
Following a successful pilot, CVS Health is expanding access to Harvey to support legal, regulatory, policy, compliance, governance, and operational workflows. Its in-house legal team will use Harvey to streamline document review, legal and regulatory research, drafting, and knowledge retrieval, helping lawyers spend more time on complex work that requires their judgment.
The deployment builds on CVS Health’s broader efforts to modernize ways of working through AI. Early use cases have demonstrated opportunities to reduce manual effort, accelerate turnaround times, and improve access to institutional knowledge across functions. With secure enterprise deployment and responsible AI governance, Harvey will support colleagues’ expertise while maintaining appropriate oversight and compliance standards.
“At CVS Health, we are deploying AI to elevate our colleagues’ work, improve the customer experience, and use our efforts and resources efficiently,” said Sam Khichi, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs, and Chief Legal Officer. “By combining Harvey AI’s capabilities with trusted workflows, we are creating new opportunities to drive innovation, increase efficiency, improve consistency, and enhance knowledge management and insights to help our teams focus on the complex work that advances our strategy.”
"CVS Health has demonstrated a thoughtful and strategic approach to AI adoption," said Winston Weinberg, Co-Founder & CEO of Harvey. "We're proud to partner with an organization that is committed to using technology responsibly while empowering its professionals to achieve greater impact."
