Prior to joining Harvey, he was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Snowflake Inc., focusing on commercial matters, product counsel, intellectual property, privacy, security, and litigation. John also held senior legal positions at Zymergen and Google, where he managed patent litigation and transactions. Earlier in his career, he was a patent litigator at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York.
