:Harvey: to Open Chicago Office in July
Chicago has always been a city of institutions. It is a headquarters city, a city of rail lines and trading floors, a city where global companies, major hospitals, insurers, manufacturers, and financial institutions generate some of the most important legal work in the country.
The city’s legal market reflects that character. It is demanding, grounded, and deeply tied to the businesses and industries that run through Chicago and the broader Midwest. Leading firms, major in-house teams, and specialized boutiques work across high-value transactions, complex disputes, restructuring, and regulatory matters.
This July, Harvey will open a new office in Chicago, bringing us closer to the firms and legal teams we work with across the region. The office builds on our growing presence in the Windy City, including our integration with iManage and work with DLA Piper, Dentons US, Hinshaw & Culbertson, Mayer Brown, Winston & Strawn, Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres, Gould Ratner, Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila, and in-house teams at Avant, CCC Intelligent Solutions, and DRW. It also reflects our broader investment in the city through our partnership with the Cubs, and our law school program with the University of Chicago.
“No single industry represents more than 13 percent of Chicago’s GDP, and its legal market reflects that diversity,” said John Haddock, Chief Business Officer at Harvey. “Being in Chicago allows us to work more closely with the legal teams at the heart of this global business hub.”
We’re building the team to match. We’re hiring across legal engineering, sales, customer success, finance, legal, and IT.
