Harvey today announced an integration with SS&C Intralinks DealCentre AI, the AI-enabled dealmaking platform for high-stakes financial transactions. The integration expands Harvey’s growing ecosystem of deal and enterprise data connectors, enabling legal teams to pull live deal content from Intralinks data rooms directly into Harvey’s AI-powered workflows for research, diligence, and drafting, without manual document transfer and with full preservation of Intralinks’ security, governance, and compliance controls.
Data rooms are central to M&A transactions, but the workflow between them and the tools lawyers use for analysis has remained manual and fragmented. Deal teams spend hours downloading and re-uploading VDR content, losing version control when files are updated, and responding to diligence questionnaires with answers scattered across the data room.
With Intralinks DealCentre AI connected to Harvey, teams can securely access approved deal content directly within Harvey’s Assistant, Vault, Workflow Builder, and Word Add-In. Documents, diligence materials, and data room updates flow directly into Harvey, enabling teams to analyze, draft, and collaborate using current transaction information while maintaining the security, governance, and compliance controls established within Intralinks.
