Corporate Finance Network Member Firms Adopt :Harvey: Through PwC Partnership
Through PwC's partnership with Harvey and The Corporate Finance Network (The CFN), a UK-based community connecting finance leaders to share insights, resources, and best practices, several member firms are adopting Harvey. This collaboration enables member firms to integrate AI into core delivery workflows in a way that supports speed, consistency and quality, while ensuring professional judgment remains with advisers.
In addition, PwC has made its bespoke Deals modules and Tax AI Assistants available to The CFN member firms, marking the first time these tools have been licensed to smaller accountancy firms. The Deals modules are a collection of agents that support common workflows in transactions, while the Tax AI Assistant grounds responses for tax professionals in a verified knowledge base of legislation and guidance.
The CFN member firms are recognized as experts in smaller-company transactions across the UK, helping clients realize the greatest value in their businesses. PwC has supported the network in deploying Harvey across the firms, including guidance on onboarding, adoption and practical use cases to help teams embed the platform into day-to-day ways of working. As firms begin using these capabilities, clients are already benefiting from more efficient document review, deeper analysis, and clearer, more structured outputs that support decision-making across transactions.
Kirsty McGregor, Chairman of The CFN said: “I’m really proud that The CFN has been able to bring together firms who might otherwise have struggled to meet the requirements to license this technology. By doing this collectively and for the first time we’re demonstrating the strength of collaboration, something Harvey enables at even greater scale. Most importantly, it helps our member firms focus on delivering great outcomes for clients, supported by a common set of tools and approaches.”
John Haddock, Chief Business Officer at Harvey, said: “The adoption of Harvey by The Corporate Finance Network member firms reflects growing demand to bring advanced AI into core advisory and tax workflows, helping firms operate with greater consistency, efficiency and insight while maintaining professional judgment.”
The firms will be using Harvey across the Corporate Finance, Advisory, and Tax teams to support the delivery of core services to clients, combining Harvey’s ability to process large document sets with analytical insights grounded in trusted knowledge sources. The platform can streamline repetitive tasks, improve consistency across deliverables, and support teams as they respond to client needs at pace, while maintaining appropriate controls and professional oversight.
