Reena SenGupta is a long-time analyst, writer, consultant and thought leader in the global legal industry. With a background in the City, and as an entrepreneur and journalist, she has been responsible for creating market-leading rankings, awards and assessment programmes for lawyers such as the Chambers & Partners Guides in the mid-nineties and the FT Innovative Lawyers programme in 2006 along with many other ground-breaking initiatives in the legal sector. For nearly thirty years, she has consulted to law firms, law companies, the Big four accounting firms and general counsel on strategy, innovation and how to be relevant in a rapidly changing world. Reena now leads RSGI, a global research and intelligence agency for the legal industry. She is also a unique creator of events and content, a seasoned public speaker and regular contributor to the Financial Times. Reena is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Elements coaching programme and an Asian Woman of Achievement.
