Aida Joins Harvey
Accelerating Harvey’s work to help each firm build its own ontology
Harvey today announced its acquisition of Aida, an AI-native sales execution platform founded by Glean co-founder Piyush Prahladka and Atish Das Sarma, who previously led engineering, data science, and growth teams at Patreon, Apple, and X. The co-founders and their team of search and machine learning engineers will join Harvey's product and engineering organization. Aida is Harvey's fifth acquisition of this year, most recently following Guardails in September and Benchmark in July.
The acquisition will accelerate Harvey’s work to help each firm build its own ontology, providing critical context that makes every agent, model, and product the organization uses more effective. As context becomes an organization’s edge, firms that own theirs will stand apart. The Aida team’s unique skillset in sophisticated search and machine learning provides the ideal complement to the existing work being done across Harvey’s product surface to help firms own, organize, and optimize their internal context.
Harvey's CEO Winston Weinberg said, “Legal teams have decades of valuable knowledge locked away in documents and systems that are difficult to search and connect. Unlocking that knowledge securely will fundamentally change how they work. Piyush and Atish have deep expertise in solving this challenge, and their team will help us make Harvey even more powerful for our customers. We're thrilled to welcome Aida to Harvey."
Aida co-founder Piyush Prahladka said, “We founded Aida because we believed AI could understand the context of people’s work, connect information across fragmented systems, and turn that knowledge into action. Joining Harvey gives us the opportunity to bring that vision to one of the world’s most knowledge-intensive professions at a global scale. We’re excited about what we can build together.”
