Agreements Make History
Harvey’s New Brand Campaign
Agreements are the foundation of law. They allow us to live alongside one another, resolve our differences, build businesses, and move forward together. Society depends on our ability to make and keep them. Law transforms agreement into reality.
Agreements Make History, our new brand campaign, centers on the oldest symbol of agreement: the handshake. Two people find common ground and shake on it. Lawyers turn that handshake into a contract the law will enforce.
Harvey began with a lawyer and an AI researcher. Winston Weinberg and Gabe Pereyra saw what AI could unlock for legal work and built a company grounded in both the technology and the craft of law. Four years later, more than 3,000 customers and 200,000 lawyers use Harvey across 70 countries.
At the heart of the campaign is a film about the role agreements play in our lives, created with New York agency Better Half and directed by Rubberband through Smuggler. Starting today, the campaign will appear in The New York Times and Financial Times, with outdoor placements in New York, San Francisco, Dallas, Chicago, London, Toronto, Copenhagen and Sydney. It will also run across digital video, social, audio, and streaming TV, alongside events for lawyers in our key markets.
Society was built on agreements, and it moves forward through our ability to reach new ones: to resolve differences, compromise, and decide together what comes next. Harvey helps lawyers do that work more effectively, reach better agreements sooner, and bring their expertise to more people. As we accelerate the practice of law, we help move society forward.
