Role

Harvey is looking for our first Recruiting Coordinator to assist the Talent team in driving hiring across the business. The ideal candidate will support the company by coordinating interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. As a foundational part of the Talent team, the Recruiting Coordinator will also have the opportunity to own strategic projects that will contribute to building sustainable processes and building a culture of hiring the best talent.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews for Harvey candidates and work closely with recruiters to design and facilitate the candidate experience

  • Build out our administrative tools to make sure the recruiting process is seamless for Harvey employees and candidates 

  • Constantly seek ways to improve recruitment operations

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of coordination experience with experience in owning a high-volume of scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with and managing a variety of hiring tools 

  • Highly organized with the ability to navigate across multiple work streams while managing their time efficiently

  • Self-starter who thrives in solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment 

  • A clear, approachable, and friendly communication style 

  • A mind for detail and the patience to ensure work is completed correctly

Compensation

he expected range of compensation for this role is between $65,000 and $100,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan.  The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
